Training

Please take the ride seriously – Your fitness and ability to ride a bike all day is key to your enjoyment and ability to complete the ride. If you’d like specific training advice please feel free to email us. In the lead up you should be aiming to ride regularly and spend some long days on the bike. We also recommend the free JET BLACK cycling app, it contains several 35-45 minute sessions aimed at boosting fitness when short on time.
